Where does the manufacturing take place?
We are closely affiliated with different factories in China who have different manufacturing specialities. We have our Jersey specialists, headwear specialists and denim specialists.
Can we mix products and colours with in the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is set at 100 per design/colour. Within the 100 units we can include up to four different sizes.
What does the unit price include?
Unlike other manufacturers, we include as much as possible in our unit price. Our price we quote includes the material, the construction, any prints/embroidery, individual packaging and delivery to your premises.
Why are sample prices more expensive than production prices?
To sample correctly incurs a lot of expense from our side. We need to have the pattern created, material purchased, art work printed/stitched and deliver it from our manufacturing facilities. The sample fee charged reflects the costs we need to recover from this process.
How long does the process take?
As there are so many variables, we offer average times on the various processes. Our average time for sampling is 20 working days and our average time for production 25 working days after payment. Custom labels and tags will add around 5 working days and customised taping/drawstrings will add around 7 working days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer and paypal (with a 5% surcharge.) All payment details will be on our invoice and we offer no credit on orders, 100% payment must be made before delivering the garments.
Where can you deliver to?
We offer worldwide delivery and we have clients in many parts of Europe, as well as clients in the United States and other countries.
